Construction on the new patisserie begins Monday (!), but Drew and Pierre have been doing recipe development for months, and the new line of treats is ready to go. On Wednesday they set up a display (we’re taking Thanksgiving pre-orders now) and our little family spent the morning at the bakery having breakfast and then running wild through the soon-to-be shop while I did some food photography.
(this little one is getting her molars and has not been so interested in food as of late)
Junip and I have been taste testing these at home (she now gets really excited when she notices a little brown box on the counter) and I can confirm, they really do taste as good as they look.
Everyone ready for the holidays? It will be an exciting one for us; the patisserie is scheduled to open just before Christmas. Wowzers.
